On original kitchen in the heart of the city.
Habitat created this kitchen within a larger renovation project by architect Francesco Sabbatini. The kitchen model, Dialogo by Veneta Cucine, fits well with the setting of this renovated room with a cement floor that is elegantly designed in shades of gray: the ideal look to emphasize the white of the kitchen. On the right side, 60 cm deep overhead cabinets have been placed to optimize the storage volume because they do not take up floor space and offer great storage at the same time. To take advantage of all the natural light, no wall cabinets were placed on the left side, preserving all the depth of the room. This side of the kitchen stands out against the gray background of the wall. The countertops are in white quartz. A wooden counter bridges the two sides of the kitchen and creates a well-lit bar under the window; the two crystal polycarbonate stools by Kartell fit in without interrupting the pattern of the floor. The microwave built into the wall unit is easy to access and leaves free space on the countertop.
